Zebra finches are typical passerine birds of Australia. Living in flocks, they gather around waterholes in woodlands. The upper photo shows a male, and the lower one shows a female. Their naturally adorable appearance warms the hearts of those who watch them. (En route from Mount Isa to Boulia, September 2022)
